Get up and move!
Still working on trying to get a fitness regimen down? Eating right is only half the battle. If you've been following our recent posts, we have touched on
simple and healthy substitutions as well as the importance of keeping a food diary, but now it's time to get up and start moving.
We spoke with Lena R., a fitness instructor and asked her for tips on a well-rounded workout. She gave us a Monday-through-Sunday circuit training routine that combines strength training and cardio at the same time. It works
for people of all fitness levels and doesn't require any equipment. We're super excited to try it especially because it targets different sections of your body in relatively no time at all.
