The course is straight across the lake to a swim exit adjacent to the RecPlex parking lot. Swimmers will also be able to swim along the shoreline if they prefer. TRANSITION AREA/BIKE RACKING
The transition area is located in the RecPlex parking lot. The entire transition is hard fenced with around the clock security. Bike racks are marked on each end with a number sequence that corresponds to your race number (approximately 12 bikes per rack). Bikes should be racked in the proper row and should never be left leaning on the fence or free standing. You are responsible for any equipment you may accidentally damage in the Transition Area.

approx. 20K or 12 miles
The bike course contains an out and back section that connects to a large one-way loop. Bikes will exit the transition and enter Terwall Terrace and head west to Highway 165. At 165 the course turns east and continues to 72nd Avenue where the course turns south and continues to Green Bay Road. Course turns right and rides to Springbrook Road and turns left. Course continues on 39th Street where it turns left and continues to 93rd Street and turns left to Old Green Bay Road. Course turns left, continues to Highway 165 where it turns right and rides back to Terwall Terrace and the transition area.

approx. 5K or 3.1 miles
The run course leaves the transition and runs west along the running path around Lake Andrea. At the north-east end of the lake the course enters 93rd Place and you will run a short out and back section before returning to the running path and completing the loop around the lake, finishing on the west side of the RecPlex. |
