NOTE: Athletes who would like to participate in the Elite category should register in the Age Group category and submit their previous Race results at time of entry to mark@timberlinetiming.com. All athletes whose Race records warrant a Change of Entry category will automatically have their Race registration changed to the Elite category in the registration database. Allow 10 days for your Race records to be reviewed and to be notified of category change.

Designed for women who want to do the Race with individuals within their own age group (14-19, 20-24, 25-29, etc.).
Athletes entered in Age Group category will:

USAT MEMBERSHIP FEE:
A $10 USA Triathlon one-day membership fee will be added to each registration (unless you are an annual member of USAT).
Are you a current USAT member?
USAT annual members who indicate membership and provide membership number will not be charged the one-day membership fee. USAT annual members will be required to show their current USAT membership card, along with photo I.D., at Mandatory Race Materials Pick-Up on Saturday at the Expo.
NO REFUNDS.
Entries for the DWTS events are non-refundable. No refunds will be made on entry fees paid for any race within the 2008 Danskin Women's Triathlon Series.
CHANGE OF ENTRY CATEGORY:
An individual who wants to change her entry category must complete and submit the Change of Entry Category Form and appropriate payment no later than 14 days prior to Race day. Processing fees and difference in entry fees will apply. All requests for change of entry category must be made in writing. No changes to any entry category will be made on Race weekend. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CHAMPIONCHIP TIMING
Events in the Danskin Women's Triathlon Series will be timed using state-of-the-art ChampionChip timing systems. All athletes will be provided, at no charge, a "loaner" Chip at time of Race Materials Pick-Up (Expo). Each athlete is responsible for the return of this Chip at the conclusion of Race on Race Day. By taking this "loaner" Chip in the registration packet at the expo, each athlete agrees to pay a $30 replacement fee if the Chip is lost or not returned. If you own your own ChampionChip from prior years, please provide the six-digit code on your entry form.
You may choose to purchase your own custom DWTS ChampionChip to keep as a souvenir by clicking – "Yes, Have a personal Chip ready for me at Packet Pick Up - $37.10" - as you complete your online registration. Custom Danskin neoprene chip-ankle straps to keep as a souvenir can be bought for $5.30. The additional costs will be added to your transaction and the custom Chip/strap is yours as a memento and for future racing. Your 2008 Danskin Triathlon Series custom ChampionChip features the new DWTS logo and can be used at any chip-timed athletic event in the world by submitting the code number with your event entry. 2008 DWTS custom Chip purchases will be waiting for you at the PICK UP CHIPS/STRAPS table at the Mandatory Race Materials Pick-Up!
