WHAT IS THE CLOSING DATE FOR THE RACES?
The maximum number of women permitted to participate in a specific city’s triathlon establishes the "closing date"; when this number is reached, the Race is closed. Most Races in the Series will close (reach their maximum capacity) within hours/days of registration being available. Once you have made the decision to participate, we encourage you to submit your completed entry form.
If a Triathlon is not closed prior to Race Weekend, registration will end with
the conclusion of the Mandatory Race Materials Pick Up (Expo) on Saturday

MY FRIEND SIGNED UP, BUT NOW SHE CAN'T RACE. MAY I

NO. Race entries are non-transferable.
I SIGNED UP BUT NOW I CAN'T RACE. AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND?
There are NO REFUNDS.
If you are unable to compete due to illness and/or injury, then you may be eligible for a medical roll-over to next year's event. In order to be considered, you must submit:

WHAT IS THE USAT ONE DAY MEMBERSHIP / RACE DAY INSURANCE?
All races within the Danskin Women's Triathlon Series are sanctioned by USAT, the governing body for the sport of triathlon in the United States. This sanction process ensures that the safety standards, race execution, etc are in compliance with USAT standards. A part of the sanction function is the requirement on the part of all participants to purchase a one-day membership fee (event participant liability and excess medical insurance coverage) of $10. This membership causes insurance for the PARTICIPANT to be in effect for each Racer on Race day. This fee will be added to each registration unless participant is already an annual member of USAT. USAT annual members will be required to follow the procedures reflected on the entry form.
