WHY IS THE RACE MATERIALS PICK UP (EXPO) MANDATORY?
It is required that each participant attend Saturday's Race Materials Pick Up
(Expo) to present a PHOTO I.D. of themselves and to sign a race liability waiver.
After verifying racer information with the registration volunteers and registration staff, each athlete will receive her race materials: A pre-assigned number, timing computer chip, swim cap, set of Bike and Run numbers. The size of the participant fields preclude these registration tasks from being accomplished on Race morning.
Saturday's Race Materials Pick-Up (Expo) also provides an opportunity for athletes to attend a course
review and confirm the course route. If any changes have been made to the course routes, provided online in advance of the Race, they will be communicated at the course
reviews. Attending these reviews is in the best interest of each athlete and helps to ensure safe participation in the Race. Athletes need only stay at
Race Materials Pick-Up (Expo) as long as it takes to sign the waiver, activate timing computer chip, pick up Race numbers (Bike and Run), swim cap, tank shirt and
souvenir Series bag.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE RACE MATERIALS PICK UP
(EXPO)?
A PHOTO I.D. of yourself must be presented to pick up all Race Materials.
If you are an annual USA Triathlon member, you will be required to bring your current USAT membership card and show it at time of Race Materials Pick Up. If a current membership card is not presented, you will be required to pay USAT one-day membership fee of $10 before race materials can be obtained.
No exceptions.
WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN MY PACKET (ENVELOPE) WHICH WILL BE GIVEN TO ME AT PACKET PICK-UP?

1 paper racer "bib" number |

1 self-adhesive numbered helmet sticker |
• |
1 fold-over bike frame number and twist ties to attach number to bike |
• |
1 timing chip |
• |
Spectator and final instruction sheet |
BE SURE TO PICK UP A CHIP ANKLE STRAP
NOTE: Please DO NOT remove timing chip from packet. At Chip Check Station, pass entire envelope over the mat like a grocery scanner (it will beep).
