THIS IS AN AWESOME JUMPROPE. I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS FOR A LONG TIME. THIS REALLY GIVES YOU A GREAT CARDIO WORKOUT. I ADD IT TO MY WORKOUT AT THE END AND USUALLY DO ABOUT 150 REPS FOR 15-20 MINUTES. I HAVE NOTICED A BIG DIFFERENCE IN MY ARMS, SHOULDERS AND BACK SINCE USING IT. THANKS DANSKIN.
