Our three year old granddaughter loved her outfit on Christmas morning. She immediately put it on and started dancing like a ballerina! Our only concern was that the tights were too delicate for someone her age. We will probably try to find tights that are closer in material to the leotard

Adorable and she LOVES it! You should have seen her little eyes light up when she opened the box. It immediately went on and stayed on until bedtime :o)

My daughter is 3 and has not taken dance classes yet, but we are now looking in to them. I ordered it to be her halloween costume (she loves the cartoon Angelina Ballerina), and then a dress-up costume afterwards. It really seems to inspire her - she really gets into character when she puts it on.

For my daughter's first class. I would say it runs on the small size. My daughter is almost 3 and I got her the size small. Everything matches perfectly which makes it an easy buy. Also, it is easy to store this outfit and bulky tutu in the box it comes in, so it isn't taking up so much space in the closet. All the pieces are together and we're not searching around for all the matching items - I plan to buy the other colors it comes in. My daughter loves it too!

This was perfect for a toddler who wants to take dance lessons when she is three. Right now she can pretend to be a ballet dancer. It fit well, yet is large enough that it should fit her for at least another year. She looked cute, yet it's not an over-the-top dress-up ballet costume that is only for playtime. She can use this when she starts her real lessons in a few months.
