My daughter loves to wear this top now with her shorts on her Saturday morning technique classes. She cannot wear it to regular classes as the teacher requires a body suit but my daughter would wear it if she could. Our daughter is very thin, tall and long waisted. She wears some size 8 tops but lately her tops are either too tight or the sleeves too short. Her size 8 pants are getting too short but size 10's are huge on her everywhere but the length. This top - the 7/8 ran a little large when we first purchased it, several months ago and she wouldn't wear it. She thought someone would see either down it when she bent over or see her chest from under her arms because of the way it fit. Now that she is closer to a size 10 in tops it fits better but is not snug. We bought the deep purple and the color looks great on her. Our daughter will not wear anything that is itchy to her (on costumes we use Gold Bond creme), this top has enough lace to be feminine and pretty but isn't itchy to her skin.
