Our daughter loves to wear this top with her shorts when practicing for the teams competitive dances. It's the only time she can wear what she wants when not in regular dance classes. It is a very light & soft material, doesn't ride up on her and washes well. I do "gentle wash" it and hang it up to dry, since I accidentally ruined one of her brand new leotards in a regular wash cycle where another item snagged it.
