Best Uses:
Performance, Practice, Warm Up, yoga; stretch
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I was looking for something to wear to yoga or stretching classes. But the lower waist line makes it a little tighter although I ordered in my regular size. It's not real comfortable but workable and as I tone and lose a few pounds it will probably be better. But I have to remember when I order to note waist location on pants.
