I ordered the Capezio Foot Undeez in a small 6/7, for my daughter, who wears a shoe size 5. The fit is very snug, almost to the point of not being able to get them on. She's only worn them three times, hopefully they will stretch to comfort.

I COULD NOT DANCE WITHOUT THESE. I DANCE APPROXIMATELY 9-10 HOURS PER WEEK. BALLROOM. I ALSO USE THEM WHEN I AM ON THE TREDMILL AND ELLIPITCAL MACHINE. I HAD BUNION SURGERY ON BOTH FEET TWO YEARS AGO.

I use the product for jazz and modern dance and for warm up. I like the design and how it fits like a flip flop. It is a very convienant product. The things that aren't so great about it are that it tends to slide up off of the toes frequently and I have to pull it back down frequently.

My daughter is 9 years old and is on a competitive dance team this year for the first time. She tried several different things on her feet for practicing, and wasn't happy with any of them until we finally found the foot undeez. They allow her the flexibility she needs, and she likes feeling "almost" barefoot with just a little added protection on the ball of her foot. Unfortunately, they tend to tear at the seams even while the rest of the materials appear to have some wear left. At first, they seemed like a good buy at a fraction of the price of other similar products, but in reality we have spent more because the replacement rate is high. Improve the seam construction and the product will be a winner!
