This leotard has a high back and a fairly high neckline (though it does have a small keyhole, I didn't find it very revealing). It holds its shape well, and is comfortable for teaching in.
I get complements every time I wear it!

I had to tug on the elastic for a bit before I wore it the first time, because it was tight across the arms. (I've done some weight lifting in my time, and do not have skinny little arms!) But, now that that is done, I get complements every time I wear this to ballet class. You can push/pull the top off or off your shoulders, whichever you like. I wear a skin-color or clear-strap bra under it, and do not care whether the straps show a little. Fabric seems to hold up so far, now one of my faves!
