Has held up after several washes, got this for my 11 yr old for gymnastics & wash it inside out. I would recommend washing inside out as it will probably hold up better. The long sleeves help keep her warm, for winter and fall. My daughter has a slender build which is why this fits her so well.

Low quality construction with no zipper shield.
Zipper is harsh and abrasive. It Does not compare to true athletic quality products. I recommend it for Non-athletic cheering, dance, and Fashion only.
Could us a cheep inside zipper cover, athletic quality compression material, and a zipper with a ribbon/string hole for ease of putting on. My athletic suit has a quick place to loop a string through to pull the zipper up by yourself.
I love the fit for fashion and I love the color choices.
I recomend the Women's New Team Essentials Turtleneck Leotard for a slightly better material with similar zipper problems.
