Firstly, Danskin seems to have a more "inclusive" sizing policy than what I've seen elsewhere in the triathlon world.

Because I assumed that I should compare their sizing to others, I ordered larger than I really needed.

This suit is definitely not made for shorter people. Arm holes were so big they didn't cover important girly parts (and I'm not so top heavy). When I leaned over in a swimming position, the back of the neck gaped. I did return it, but wasn't sure that a size smaller would even help, since my torso is short. So while I might have ended up with a much needed "snugger" fit, I probably would have still ended up with a torso section that was overly long for me.

The suit seemed pretty cool and I think this would be a great product for average to tall people or people with longer torsos.

I bought this suit after my first triathlon, and have been wearing it at triathlon events ever since. It improved my transition time by 100%. I really love being able to swim, bike, and run so comfortably without having to change in and out of clothing—this one suit handled it all very well. A wonderful product, especially for the price. I am 5’0”, 100 lbs, and I wear a size 2. According to the Danskin sizing chart, I should have been an XSM (extra small), but Danskin didn’t have any XSMs in stock, so I ordered a SM (small), hoping it would fit. It barely did. The sizes run a bit small. Overall, I love my tri suit and would recommend this product to anyone, just remember to order a larger size than usual.

I like the one piece design, however I should of ordered a smaller size. It is too baggy for the swim. I do 'brick' workouts in the suit- bike then run and it goes great in practice/training. While the fabric is not see through per say, it is a bit thin.

I looked at the sizing chart and purchased an XL based on my measurements. My next purchase will be the L.

Great product, very usefull, makes a huge difference in the transition area. Is not restrictive in the water, easy riding and no issues running. Reminds me of my Grandma's one piece girdle but on race day, style means nothing. I bought one for my sister too.

This is a great swimsuit for those who want something less revealing but still very functional. I swim at least twice a week and I was able to shave about 20 seconds off my best lap time, thanks to this suit. Most tri-suits are much more expensive than this one and have all the same features. I don't know if I will ever get to use it in a triathlon but I am very happy with it in the pool. Word of caution: the rough surface of the hot tub can abrade the smooth nylon so it's a good idea to be aware of this and not rub against it while you're restin' and soakin'. It's pretty stretchy so if you aren't built like a Olympian, you will still be ok. Plenty of room in the shoulder area to do freestyle or backstroke. I ordered my regular size and it fit just fine.

Another awesome suit for the price. I can’t say enough. It is a great suit for any serious sports. Great for biking, fitness, and even spin classes. The only thing that would make it better is if the zipper had a soft inside cover, but the zipper is not harsh. The crotch pad (gusset)is small enough not to look bad in fitness classes so you don't have that "diaper look" some bike shorts have. I can even wear in the gym. * It dries in seconds if not covered.

Pros: It can take the chlorine in swimming pools pretty well. Cons: It is sized a little small--probably due to inexact sizing (S/M/L/XL) classifications.

I purchased this suit prior to my second triathlon. The best thing I can say is I didn't even know I had it on. It worked well under a wetsuit and transitioned to the bike and run without a thought. When purchasing I thought it would have been useful to know what size women ordered: I am 5'6", 125 lbs. The size chart indicated a small, but after trying on other brands in stores, I opted for medium so the leg bands didn't constrict so much. There is a small amount of loose material around the middle, and requires me to wear a running bra, but most tops do. It was extremely comfortable and I would recommend this tri-suit.

I bought this product online less than one week before my very first Danskin triathlon. (Yes, something that is not recommended.) However, I looked at the online measurements and ordered my size accordingly. I did not even have time to practice in it beforehand which made me a bit nervous. It fit perfectly and worked absolutely terrific for my triathlon. I had no problems whatsoever. The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that I could have purchased the exact same item at registration (day before the tri) for 1/2 the price. This was the only thing upsetting, since I did order directly from the Danskin website w/o anyone letting me know of what would be available at registration.

I liked the suit a lot. It has a little bit more drag than I anticipated, but over all it is a great suit. I like that it is all one color unlike many of the other products out there. I would like for the material to be a little bit more like a swim suit where the water "wicks" away more quickly, but that is minor. It is a great product and I was glad to have it on my last race.

I choose this product over Speedo based on other customers' reviews. I have no regrets. I am on a tight budget, and I feel I definitely made the right choice, and "got my money's worth". Completed my 2nd tri in this suit, and was able to drop 5 mins. It helped me feel more comfortable in the water and really helped cut down on my transition time.

I like this suit, I like the all black over the floral design, but the floral design suit is slightly more comfortable. I can feel the pocket on the lower back of this product the whole time I'm working out. Sometimes the zipper irritates my skin, but only during low intensity workouts.

This suit worked great for my fisrt triathlon. I wanted something I could swim in and also run in without worrying about what kind of sports bra to wear. I am 5' 6" and 140 lbs and the medium fit great. A little roomy in the bottom, but not too big. You can wear this suit for the whole race and never have to put on any other clothing (great for quick transitions!)

Being a D cup, I felt very unsure of wearing the suit by iteself, so I wore a sports bra underneath. It was completely comfortable, and ideal for the summer triathlon. I wear a size 12-14 currently, and am dropping weight, and so I bought the large to be on the safe side, but it was a bit too big.

I wore this suit training and competing in my first triathlon. I love that I didn't have to keep changing my workout clothes especially during the training. It was also great because it decreased the amount of stuff I had to haul in my gym bag.

I love this tri-suit! I felt a bit more buoyant in the water; it dried quickly on the bike, and it kept me feeling pulled together, not jiggly, during the run. I did have some chaffing at the seams behind my arms--would prefer less of the "racer-back" styling or seamless armholes. Other than that, it was great.

This tri suit was true-to-fit. I like the way it "holds you in" and it was surprisingly comfortable, since most of these things tend to make you look & feel like a stuffed sausage. Trust me, as a first-timer at a tri, I was happy to find a Size Large that fits a 5'6" 175-pounder. Very good product.

I wore this for training and for my first Danskin Triathlon. It was great for the sprint distances. I prefer regular biking shorts for long distance biking, but this is a great suit for brick workouts and race day. Only drawback -- difficult potty breaks!

This was my first triathlon and I was looking for something so that I wouldn't have to make to many changes during the transitions. This was perfect. It wasn't restrictive during the swim, comfortable on the bike and quick drying, and very supportive during the run. I am a D and I didn't need to wear a sports bra underneath thanks to the built in bra.

The fit on this is true to size but the Danskin size chart did not match the size - I ordered the XXL and it says on the tag 18-20 - yet on the Danskin site it is a 16-18. It was great for the Danskin in Austin - I did not drip into my socks and the legs did not ride up -
