I use these leggings to exercise in. I do yoga, run, and walk on a treadmill. I also like to wear them with skirts when it's cold out. I love the high waist cut, and the length--I'm 6' tall and I can never find leggings that actually come to my ankles. They didn't even shrink when I washed them, either!

These are a "go to" item for yoga or pilates classes.
I also have several pairs to wear under tunics and dresses,too.

Comfortable , soft , great fit
Nice and Black and does not fade - I only wish there was a litte more support in tummy area. Still adequate support though. Had to send back to get smaller size. Im a 10-12 Large was too large - Medium fits well.

I feel covered yet perfectly comfortable wearing these for my yoga classes. My teacher can see my knee - I had an injury and want to be sure they were snug enough to see my knee but not so tight I couldn't move. They wash like a dream. I hang them to dry so they keep their shape beautifully. Thank you Danskin for making such a great product.

These are the best fitting leggings I have found. They do not create a stomach bulge over the waist and are plenty long. The fabric has a light "shaper" quality to it. Love them and own them in all colors.

I love the way these tights fit for the variety of physical fitness activities I am involved in. The tights also wash extremely well and don't lose their color or shape.

I have two pairs of these legging that I bouht from my former employer Bob Wards. I find them to be quite comfortable and warm, especially on cold winter nights. I would definitely buy another pair or two, but would do so online. I use these when sleeping as they keep my legs warm. The only thing not great about it, is the cost, with inflation and that, it makes it harder to afford a pair.

The leggings are great! Good quality product. The only thing I don't think I will be able to wear them when it will get warmer. The material is not thin. I am 5,7 and 150 lb and I bought medium size leggings but some of my friends were suggesting to buy one size smaller but I don't like things which are too tight. They fit me perfectly.

Your leg length is a good indicator of the size you need: if your tall, you will probably want an XL.

I love this product. The only problem was the aroma coming from these leggings. They had a real strong smell of oil or something like that. I washed them and that did not make it go away. I used Febreze repeatedly and that didn't help to much. The odor is very strong. I have had them hanging in the fresh air ever since I received them. Now they still have a faint odor. This is the fist time this has ever happened. I do wear them now and you can still smell the odor, but very faintly. I still love them!Thank you,Sherry Sawyerss[@]

Here's the story. I had my old pair of Danskin leggings for over 20 years, wearing them at least five days a week, eight months a year. They finally wore out in the seat. How's that for getting your money's worth? If only the rest of the stuff in my life lasted that long. I wouldn't have believed it possible but the new pair fits and feels even better than my old pair which I loved. Please, please, please don't ever stop making this product. I bought an extra pair just to make sure I had them in case you stopped producing these fantastic leggings. Bravo, Danskin!!! [...]

I walk 3 - 5 nights per week at a pretty good pace, and trade off an older pair of Danskin leggings (5+ years old) with a brand new pair. Both have retained their shape and comfort without showing wear. I recommended them to my walking partner and she finally bought them - and loves them, too!

Since I live in Florida, I get really hot when riding my horses. These are breathable, and dry quickly while I am riding. I just wish that you would say eg. medium fits sizes 8-10 or whatever applies. I could have had a smaller size I think, although they aren't uncomfortable.

The dye on these washed off visibly after just one wash. I expected them to be more durable. They feel thin and insubstantial

I wear my leggings with overly long tops and even a jacket. I wear them to work and it is easy to bend move and always be totally covered. I have becomed spoiled and find it hard to wear traditional pants that bind with your every move.
I retired about eight months ago and now work out daily at my fitness center. I love the ankle leggings because I spin, as well as, participate in other cardio activities and weight lifting and don't have to worry about the bottom of my tights interfering with my workouts.
I hope I can get navy blue in the near future!

I live in the country and doing a lot of walking around the acres I live on and these legging totally fit the bill. I also pull them on under a long sweater to make a quick run to the local grocery. So comfy.

I'm extremely happy to have found these pants.
K-Mart and Target stopped selling this style long ago and I could not find them anywhere else. These pants are of superior quality, do not sag ever, hold in all the "extra surplus" and wear like iron.

I am a yoga instructor. I live in my leggings. I sleep in them. I don't wear jeans anymore ;o). City Lights is a brand that is quality. I couldn't get them retail, so I went online hoping to find a good copy cat. Danskin is comparable to City Lights. Keep up the good work!
