I love this unitard and that's rare because I always struggle to find a unitard that will fit my long body comfortably. I use it for ballet, but it would work for all dance classes. I'm 5.7, 125 pounds and don't have an emaciated shape and this unitard is very comfortable. It gives me full range of movement and the right amount of support. I took a large for the length and although it's a little big in the top, it doesn't bother me and doesn't gape (I'm a 34 A-B). It would be possible to wear a bra-like top underneath if I felt it gaped at all. It does pull up a tiny bit, but I don't think anyone else notices. For my own comfort, I tend to wear the unitard with a pair of shorts or a skirt. For ballet, I roll the legs to the knees so that my calves are visible - depends what your teacher wants to see. I will order another one of these as soon as I can afford it!

The outfit was attractive and seemed to be well made but it fit a little too snugly. I wear a size 6 pants and purchased a Medium in this and it was too tight. It showed every little bulge. I sent it back for a larger size. I would suggest ordering one size larger than you would normally wear. Think as if you were ordering 100% cotton clothing.
