No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I wear unitards to workout including aerobic and weight training activities. Danskin's workmanship is excellent; however, the "boy cut" short on this product just doesn't work well for me. It is cut so short that it doesn't stay in place, and therefore, becomes very uncomfortable. Wish I had my money back. If you like the "boy cut" and it works for your body type, you may like this product.

The smooth, tight fit helps obscure figure flaws therefore increasing confidence and inspiring me to push a bit harder and have more fun with workout. That’s worth something!
