If the pants are medium compression can you make an X-small so that the pants can be oredered a little smaller size so they will fit better???

Bought 2 pair of these as well as a pair of the cropped kinetic. I also bought the matching kinetic tanks to go with all 3 pairs of pants. Very comfortable. I use them for the elliptical as well as exercise classes that include aerobics, step, ball, circuit and weights. No complaints. No restriction of movement and they look and feel great. Would probably work in 70 -80 degree weather as well as 30-40, but not warmer or colder than that. Oh yes, and did I mention how great they feel!!
