No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I'm a 36D bra size and in doing my first sprint triathalon needed a top to take me from the pool to biking to running a 5k. Because I'm bigger chested, the shelf bra didn't provide the support I needed. Instead I ended up wearing my sports bra under a tank top. I think it's a great product idea if you could make something like this.

I'm using this for my first triathlon in a few days, and have been training in it. The only drawback which isn't too much of an issue for me, is the bra. For anything larger than a B, you may want more support than this offers for jogging. Overall, love the product!
