Super-compressing -- or just too small.
It's all a matter of fit, so your results may vary:
I generally wear a small in Danskin yoga tops, (and a 34 B or C bra fit okay) but even the medium in this bra was too tight. Maybe if one were higher or smaller breasted, but it was way too much lift and compression for me.

Non padded, runs small
This is too small for me with 36C bust.. I got an M size.
It is non padded. Material is cool but thin. Not worth the regular price.
