Wrist/Ankle weights
I LOVE these weights. I enjoy walking 2 or 3 miles a day. Adding these weights is perfect for a person my age - 62. In 1/2 hour, my walk is totally improved by the use of these weights. Truthfully: they are warm and I live in Kansas
City so I'm starting to worry about wearing them on my wrists in the heat of the summer...
